My stay was brilliant in Warwick town. The staff were well-mannered and knowledgeable hole time of my stay. The location was so excellent for exploring this lovely quiet area, just off the restaurant which again is decorated to look like a castle banquet. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Church of Saint Nicholas.

My family and I recently stayed at Knight's Village for a weekend getaway, and we were blown away by the fantastic location and charming atmosphere. The chalet accommodation was top-notch, with clean and beautifully presented rooms. The evening entertainment was a special treat, and our 3-year-old loved every minute of it. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and exceeded all of our expectations. The facilities, including the showers and toilets, were impressive and well-maintained. We all had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds and enjoyed the stunning scenery. it was a magical experience for our children and a truly delightful stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, excellent customer service. Stayed with another family and had a great time. Adjacent rooms in lodges were quiet and clean. Separate kids' room had lovely decor. Food in main hall was good and the knights village had enjoyable entertainment.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with close proximity to the high street and Warwick Castle. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The reception area had a great atmosphere with medieval music playing and a warm and welcoming reception staff. I also appreciated the option to store our luggage and access the hotel grounds via a private gate after our visit to the castle.
The accommodation space was a bit small for families and could be uncomfortable. The shower area could have been cleaner, and it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

From the moment I arrived, the friendly reception staff and medieval music set the perfect atmosphere. Despite arriving early, they checked us in and stored our luggage, allowing us to explore the castle without any hassle. the lodge itself was charming, with a delightful country feel and quirky medieval-themed accessories. the restaurant, adorned like a castle banquet, offered a truly immersive dining experience. What truly made our visit special, however, were the staff - from the manager's assistance in getting my elderly mother to the castle entrance to Kirsten's helpfulness and welcoming demeanor at the reception. the peaceful setting and beautiful grounds added to the overall magical experience. I would definitely bring my grandchildren here when I am in the area again. Cons: Don't have any issues at all 😊.
